I am recently back from a rejuvenating camping trip to the Trinity Alps in Northern California.
This is one of my favorite combos to get inspired and tap into my inner guidance.

I came back feeling refreshed and clear about what I want to create in my life and business for the rest of 2020.

I just had a session with one of my clients who is British and currently lives in California. She is moving back to the UK in a few weeks to fulfill her vision of being closer to family and friends.
She spends the last few months of sheltering in place clarifying her vision for her dream career and lifestyle with my help, and now she is clear and making it a reality!
She is moving back to the UK and will be taking steps there to explore career and job opportunities in alignment with the plan I helped her flesh out.
This time of sheltering in place is a great opportunity to look at reevaluating the vision for your ideal career and lifestyle.

In
the past few days, my attention has been pulled towards and literally
“sucked into” the current health concerns in the world. To
the point where it has been hard NOT to think about it constantly or to
stop checking articles about it, and focus my attention elsewhere.
I’m giving myself lots of grace around it. (and I invite you to do the same) The atmosphere around it is quite intense.
I don’t regret it as I’m learning what I need to learn so that I can act from LOVE to be of support to family, friends, and our big Human family.
However, this week is a BIG week for me in terms of sharing my message out and stepping into BIGGER visibility. I’ll be Interviewed on Facebook Live and on a TV show; I just launched my new website.
So, I realized I needed to find a way to FOCUS back on what I’m up to in the world and pull my attention away from the trance we are getting lost into.
This afternoon, I made the decision to take a break from checking or discussing the virus, to focus on the preparation of the two interviews I have this week.
Two
hours into preparing them and connecting with the core of the message I
want to share and why the world needs to hear it, and I felt my JUICE and EXCITEMENT back again!!
I was connected back to my PURPOSE on this planet and why I’m so PSYCHED about it.
My inspiration was flowing and several times, I got myself saying out loud: “There is a BOOK here that needs to written!” “I’ve a BOOK that wants to come out of me.”
My message needs to be shared more broadly in the world to help more people.
So, what can you do today to move your attention away from the current situation, take a break from it, and connect with JOY and INSPIRATION again?
It starts with making a conscious decision to do it and to focus on something else that brings you joy, and let yourself dive into it.
…and to STOP checking news, articles, and such for a little while, even if it is just for an afternoon or a day.
Try it even just for a little while and let me know how that goes.

For my Birthday today, she rescheduled my clients’ sessions so that I could bask in the glory of my special day and treat myself.
which means:
Sleep in
Stay in my pj’s for how long as I want
Receive and bask in all the love from family and friends (video calls, texts, messages, Facebook messages)
Order a delicious French meal for lunch, delivered to my doorstep
This is an intense time of expansion in my business and in my life, and I’m grateful I got to rest and treat myself today.
So that I can be rejuvenated to be of best service to my clients and to keep evolving and growing.
I cannot serve well if my tank is empty. You cannot either.
We serve and give the best when our tank is full.
I love my boss and she loves me.

Why am I sharing that with you?
So that you get reminded that treating yourself, self-care, and taking the time to receive are key elements of a fulfilled, happy, and successful career and life.
especially in this ultra-productive and busy environment we live in.
Take the time to stop and take care of yourself. You deserve it.
