Don’t fool yourself, you choose even when you don’t take any action.
You just choose to postpone your happiness.
Be honest with yourself with what you are choosing.

I am excited to get started with two fabulous new clients on their journey to discovering the career they absolutely love!
The two slots I had open last month for 1:1 clients in my “Land the Career You Love” coaching program have been claimed. One of my new clients is originally from Croatia.
We talked 4 years ago; she was not ready then. She reached out again and now, she is going for it! I’m loving her dedication and go-getter energy. Only two sessions and she is already rocking it!
I can’t wait to see what beautiful gifts and career path we are going to uncover for her.
In the past 12 months, I have had several clients who reached out to me before (or attended one of my workshops at General Assembly in San Francisco) but were not ready then to make the jump and embark on the journey to discovering the career they love.
Months or even years later, they reached out againready, and more committed and dedicated than ever. These clients often totally rock it. Because they are fully in and are done being miserable at work.
I know that some other people I talked to in the past were not ready then, and are ready now.
Is that you? (or maybe someone you know)
If so, I’ve great news!
I’m opening up two new slots this month for my “Land the Career You Love” 1:1 coaching program.
Two of my current clients are graduating soon, and I want to give an opportunity to two people who are ready to rock these last four months of 2019 and start 2020 doing work they love!
>> If this is you, apply here to schedule a time to chat with me. (or if not you, maybe someone you know (friend, spouse, colleague, relative) who need help discovering the career they love)
How would that feel like to finally get the support you need and start 2020 doing work you love?
Or do you prefer to keep delaying this and start 2020 as bored and unhappy at work that you have been for years?
How long are you going to say: “Now is not the time”?
How long have you been delaying this?
Be honest with yourself.
This does not have to stay the same. You can do something about it. Actually only you can.
If you are feeling the call, I’m here to support you.
This is my purpose and my mission in this world.
Isabelle
P.S. I know it’s possible for you to wake up excited to go to work in the morning. I want that for you. >> Apply here to schedule a time to chat with me about how I can help you start 2020 clear and excited about the work you are here to do. I mean: answer it honestly, without censoring yourself to make a good impression or worrying about what people think about what you love?
If not, that may be one of the things stopping you from finding the career you love.
I’ve seen it with several of my clients.
Some just cannot answer that question.
Others have negative judgments (or even shame) about some of the things they TRULY ENJOY doing and they hide them.
How can you find the work you love if you don’t know what brings you TRUE JOY and HAPPINESS or if you are thinking it’s not okay to love what you love?
It is very hard.
The first step is becoming aware of what you enjoy and what your unique ingredients of fulfillment. are, independently of what people think or what you think these “should” be.
This is why we start with that in my coaching programs.
A good way to begin is to collect your happiness (or even “micro happiness”) moments at the end of the day or week. At the end of the day, take a journal and write down the moments, even brief, when you experienced joy during your day or week.
Keep me posted on what you find!
To the work that brings you JOY!
Isabelle
P.S. One of the things that bring me joy and that I used to hide and be embarrassed about is FASHION and dressing up. I used to judge it, thinking it was “superficial” and “not smart enough” to like fashion and beauty. Fashion is often poo-pooed in our hyper-masculine and hyper-analytical western cultures and considered “weak” or “superficial.” I am not hiding it anymore! This is part of who I am and I own it. I’m not less smart because I LOVE fashion.
Since my grandma’s death a month ago, I’ve been remembering all the sweet memories of my time with her.
I found this picture of me when I was 4 in front of my grandparents’ house. My grandma took it.
You may wonder: What has this to do with going for the career and life of your dreams?
It has EVERYTHING to do with it.
In the past 10 years, I’ve been doing a lot of inner work to heal my childhood wounds and change the limiting beliefs I had about myself since childhood that impacted my life as an adult.
I used to think that there was something wrong with me. I was not pretty enough. I was not fun enough. I was not [fill in the blank] enough.
Thanks to all the inner work, I now know that these beliefs were FALSE.
I’m PERFECT exactly as I am. There is nothing wrong with me.
There has never been.
NEVER.
…except in my own mind.
When I see this adorable little girl, I can LOVE her exactly as she was. and send her the love that I could not give her then.
I see PERFECTION in her. I see BEAUTY in her. INSIDE and OUT.
I know she has nothing to prove to anyone.
She never had.
What about you?
Are you able to love your younger self and see the perfection in them?
or
Are you still holding negative beliefs about yourself? That you are not enough or broken in some ways?
Are these negative beliefs unconsciously driving you to PROVE that you are enough? to make choices in your career and your life to PROVE your enoughness?
If so, this may be why you are stuck in work you hate or not having the work and life you want.
I see it in a lot of my clients. The deep-seated belief that they are not enough. and the need to prove that they are enough.
As a result, they make choices or behave in a way to PROVE their enoughness.
The unconscious false beliefs they took on as a child is still driving their work and life as adults.
They wonder why they are stuck in a vicious cycle and can’t be happy in their work.
Through the process I do with them, I help them reconnect with their true authentic self, their innate brilliance within. They start realizing there is nothing wrong with them, nothing to change about who they are.
…and things start to shift.
